[S1 Ep. 3] 🎨 Finger-Painting Workshop

​This episode of Darda(she) is dedicated to HOME ‏بيت — to the places that shaped us, the rooms we remember, the streets we long for, and the quiet corners inside us where belonging still lives.

​Before arriving, you’ll be asked to share the address or Maps pin of a place you consider “home”. It might be the house you grew up in, a city you carry in your chest, a view you haven’t seen in years, or simply a place where you once felt held.

​We’ll begin with a brief grounding exchange to settle the body and focus the mind, then move into a guided 45’ painting session where memory meets color and your fingers do the remembering.

​We’ll close in circle and end with a simple ritual that brings all our homes into one shared breath. A moment to explore, to feel, and to collectively reconnect with the homes…
